When booking with us, let us know if you’d like any of the following add-ons to your Stay & Explore package. Savings range between $6 and $60 per add-on item (when booking, we can tell you your total price and total savings). Add-ons must be booked at time of reservation.
- Extend 1 night’s accomodation (during Sunday – Thursday)
- Newspaper (The Press) in the morning (Monday-Saturday)
- Breakfast in your room
- Breakfast at the PowerHouse cafe
- Jet boat ride on the Waiau river (with Hanmer Springs Attractions) on weekdays Monday – Friday *
- A ½-day or full day 4-wheel drive tour up in the back-country regions of the Clarence river valley, up behind Hanmer Springs, including very knowledgeable guide/driver, refreshments on longer trips: call or contact us for a price and booking, price dependant on number of people, length of tour, etc.*
- In summer: visit the St. James station, now a conservation area, and see high country vistas unlike anywhere else in New Zealand
- Go fishing, hiking, walking, cycling, kayak, photography or just soak up the vistas
